Dave Starr Bsc Hon FCIOB - Senior Consultant

Dave is a professional Project Manager with more than 25 years experience including periods in North America and Europe.

He has considerable experience of leading and managing teams involved in the Design & Management, and Design & Construction processes, with direct involvements on a wide selection of sophisticated, highly serviced and fast track projects.

Since 2001 he has become increasingly involved in the provision of Employers Representation and Construction Advisory services including support of client and contracting organizations during project closure and post contract periods, undertaking quality audits, facilitation work shops for problem solving and progress assessments.

In particular since 2003 he has completed several detailed programme and performance analysis reviews and submission responses in supporting of contract dispute resolutions.
